“Open box” and “gently used” mattresses are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty here.
What if my mattress arrives damaged?
If your mattress arrives with any valid warrantable defects it may qualify for replacement. However, if the mattress has any cosmetic flaws we will not be able to replace or accept a return, as they are sold "as is" under the "open box" and/or "gently used" program.
