Unless otherwise stated, all items offered on this web-site are new and authentic Tempur-Pedic products. These are not returns, exchanges or damaged products. Many of the items you will find here are prior model year products that have been deeply discounted to make room for our latest models. All orders are filled on a First Come First Serve basis. Purchases on this website will not count against TSI employee purchases.

Limited Quantity

All products sold on this web-site are offered on an inventory availability-basis. We do our best to track inventories for all of our products but due to high demand there is a small chance that your order may not be fulfilled. In the rare case that your order can not be fulfilled due to depleted inventory or your item is damaged in transit and can not be replaced due to limited inventory you will be offered a full refund or an optional item of equal or lesser value.

Limited Time

There are no guarantees of when or how long an item will be available on our website. Items are only available based on inventory and are subject to be removed from the website at any time.


All Sales Final

It is important to note that all items are final-sale. No returns or exchanges will be processed, No exceptions will be made.

Delivery

Select mattresses and power bases are sold including free white glove delivery. White Glove Delivery includes delivery, in-home set-up and removal of your old mattress and box spring, if requested. We currently do not deliver to certain remote locations, APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii addresses. Delivery is typically 7 to 14 business days from the day you placed your order, with metro areas usually faster than rural areas.

  • Qualifying products include mattresses, foundations and power bases
  • To qualify, all items must be in the same order; multiple orders may not be combined
  • White Glove Delivery includes delivery, in-home set-up and removal of your old mattress and box spring, if requested
  • Offer good for orders placed direct with Tempur-Pedic via this website
  • Additional restrictions may apply

Warranty

We believe in the quality of our products and we build them to last for years. Still, we realize that sometimes things go wrong. To protect you against defects, we include a limited warranty with most of our products. You can file a warranty claim, register your new product, or view the details of our product warranties using the links below.

What You'll Need To File A Claim

We encourage you to keep your proof of purchase documents in a safe place to support the warranty you received with your new product. To file a warranty claim you will need the following information:

  • Purchase receipt or a bank statement showing the purchase
  • Product law tag
  • Photos of the product
    • Product in full view without bedding
    • Close up view of the defective area
    • Purchase receipt
    • Law tag
    • Base/foundation if you are filing a mattress claim

Registering your new Tempur-Pedic product can help keep record of your purchase for future reference. This is helpful should you find yourself in need of filing a warranty claim in the future:
